"Dennis never seems to be in the office so I don't honestly know how he is to work with, but his front desk woman Rikki has been nothing but rude and unhelpful every time we've had to deal with her. Refusing to give information on policies, saying she doesn't know the information on our life insurance because the policy is old and not carried anymore, but also refusing to let us have a meeting with the person who could answer our questions Jill. When I tried asking questions she got snotty and insistent on talking to my husband even though he was sitting right next to me on speaker phone. Constantly talked over me instead of listening to what I was trying to ask and when we were finally fed up and said to just let the policy lapse because we couldn't get answers and weren't paying for something we knew nothing about she got sharp and ignored my existence talking over me to talk to my husband"

"Billing i a shame, never the same, always extra fees for this or that. Then they respond, it’s this new system we don’t know how to use. Like dude I can’t keep paying for the same fees, just because you don’t know how to use your computer."
